As the position of Colliers International improves globally, St. Petersburg office continues to develop a stronger team of professionals. In January 2010, Venera Laukhina was appointed head of the Department of Warehouse and Industrial Real Estate. Ms. Laukhina has been working in the field of warehouse real estate since 2005; her professional career began in warehouse logistics and she has a considerable experience in this field.

Ms. Laukhina graduated with honors from the University of Engineering and Economics, Department of Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Prior to joining Colliers International, she was the head of industrial real estate department of Knight Frank St. Petersburg, an international consulting company.
