Colliers International,the exclusive leasing and marketing agent, has unveiled the leasing campaign of Stockmann Nevsky Centre – a new mixed-used property featuring Class A offices in the city centre.

Colliers International has facilitated large brokerage deal in St. Petersburg retail market. Sportmaster (the leader of retail and wholesale sporting goods market in Russia and the CIS) leased 4.2 thousand sq. m in Grand Canyon shopping and entertainment center. These premises were previously occupied by Santa House. Colliers International represented the interests of the owner of Grand Canyon.

This February, Dimitri Shishanov was appointed Associate Director of the Office Property Department. Dimitri graduated from the Moscow State Institute for Foreign Relations, Department of Foreign Journalism, then he completed an MBA Programme at Walsh University (Ohio, USA).

As the position of Colliers International improves globally, St. Petersburg office continues to develop a stronger team of professionals. In January 2010, Venera Laukhina was appointed head of the Department of Warehouse and Industrial Real Estate. Ms. Laukhina has been working in the field of warehouse real estate since 2005; her professional career began in warehouse logistics and she has a considerable experience in this field.
