Colliers International announces several office lease deals with the total area of 4,000 sq. m. in A class business complex Bolloev Center which is currently under construction.
Capital Legal Services International LLC has leased 460 sq. m., Svetogorsk International Paper - 821 sq. m. The first St. Petersburg office of international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel is to occupy 2,164 sq. m. of office premises as per lease agreement. A well-known Moscow chain Googman Steak House will be located on 621 sq. m. of the ground floor area. The Bolloev Center project is maintained by BTK Development JSC with Colliers International being an exclusive leasing agent.
Bolloev Center is located within the nearest proximity to St. Isaac's Square and the Moika River Enbankment at: 4, Grivtsova Lane. The total area of the 8-storey building makes 10,370 sq. m. The facade of Bolloev Center is designed in classical St. Petersburg style and is decorated with natural granite elements, the halls being faced with rare kinds of Italian and Greek marble and furnished with exclusive furniture items. The project has been put into operation in July and the official opening is scheduled for December, 2008. The finishing works of the leased premises are currently being maintained.
