Colliers International (St. Petersburg) announces completion of the largest factory property deal in St. Petersburg in 2008. The worldwide automotive supplier, Magna has leased 12,000 sq. m. of manufacturing premises on the territory of the Izhora Factory. Colliers International acted as Magna's exclusive representative in this property transaction.

Colliers International conducted the biggest deal in the history of the St Petersburg real estate market. British fund Raven Russia purchased a warehouse complex, AKM Logistic, with a total area of 164,000 sq. m located in Shushary. The project's developer is AKM Logistics. Colliers International is the exclusive consultant and broker of Raven Russia.
