Office premises

Colliers International has represented both landlords and tenants ever since it first started its business in Russia. We have done business successfully with all A and B Class office centers in both Moscow and St. Petersburg, including some of St.
Petersburg's prime office properties: Severnaya Stolitsa, Atrium, White Nights House and Sweden House. We have found such solid tenants as Troika Dialog, Reuters, Flanders Trade Mission, and others for those office centers.
We can start our office search early on, while construction is only beginning on the office building and it's possible to modify the concept, configuration of materials and layout as necessary, making sure the new space is perfect and meets all the needs of the prospective tenant. Our excellent work contributes to our tenants' success by minimizing the risk of financial loss that may arise from incorrect choice of premises.

Stages of space search:

1. Audit of needs

It is important to understand the prospective tenant's business objectives and make sure that our understanding of the market and what would constitute the right solution for the client match the client's own.

2. Definition and classification of alternatives

At this juncture, we will perform a detailed, comprehensive study of the different alternatives available on the market. We will define and summarize those alternatives in a clear, coherent way, so you can see all the benefits and make an informed decision.

3. In-depth study and analysis

We will analyze the chosen alternatives, comparing the benefits, prices and maintenance requirements, so as to accommodate the preferences and any additional needs the client may have.

4. Negotiating the terms and conditions

As soon as we hear from the proprietors, we will review their offered terms and pass them on to the client with our recommendations, based on our understanding of your needs and wishes.

5. Legal support and financials

After you communicate your vision, we will initiate the drafting and approval of the legal and financial aspects of the deal.

6. Performance

Once we reach a fundamental agreement with the proprietors, Colliers International will work with the client throughout the process until the lease is signed and officially registered.
