«Staffwell» This letter is to confirm that Staffwell used the services of Colliers International when opening a regional office in St.Petersburg in 2006.The brief we had was to find a small, centrally located office on a tight budget, but in a building we could expand in later. We approached a number of real estate agencies in St.Petersburg but Colliers contacted us back first, within an hour of our first email. I was very happy to see the speed of this feedback and was delighted that this level of communication persisted throughout the entire process, making the office search much easier than we had anticipated. Colliers were able to set up a viewing of 5 properties all to be shown on a one-day business trip to St.Petersburg in the middle of summer. All the potential office spaces were as good as they had looked on paper and the representative showing me around that day, though new, was well-informed, professional and focused on our needs. All of this meant that we were able to find in one day the office space we wanted. The contract was signed shortly afterwards with Colliers International providing assistance at every step. Overall, we were fortunate to experience a professional service of the highest level working with Colliers International on this project which made a usually difficult process quick, straightforward and largely hassle free. I would therefore unhesitatingly recommend (and have done on more than one occasion already) the services of Colliers International for any business wishing to find office space in St.Petersburg as it was a pleasure to work with them as they truly focus on getting the job done with the minimum of fuss or delays.
